The Tea - Jin Jun Mei

Jin Jun Mei from Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province in China is a high-end red tea, renowned for its sweet, fruity and floral notes. It is full bodied with a mix of honey, longan and wildflowers. Warm notes of caramel also come through quite prominently. On the palate it is malty layered with stone fruits and hints of dark cocoa.  It is buttery smooth and leaves a cooling sweet aftertaste that lingers for minutes.
