Ming Qian Longjing is the first flush and the highest grade Longjing (Dragonwell) tea that is picked before the Qingming Festival in early spring. These tender buds produce a pale., greenish yellow tea that is more delicate, sweeter and has a stronger umami than normal longjing tea. The aroma is clean with hint of toasted peas. Mouthfeel is smooth and silky, leaving a lasting sweetness that makes you want to come back for more.
