Dried Salted Plum Ice Mix

Dried salted plum is widely used in Asia from Japanese plum wine to Chinese salted plum braised spareribs. Dried salted plum is also a popular snack in Taiwan and sour plum drink (suan mei tang) is often consumed with spicy hot pot. If you are a salted/sour plum fan, this dried salted plum ice mix is a must have.

Simply dissolve the mix in warm water (ratio of mix to water is 1:6) until there are no lumps. Pour into ice lolly moulds or any small moulds that you like and freeze for 24 hours before serving.

Ingredients: Sugar, salt, citric acid, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthum gum, beetroot powder, spices, silica, sucralose.
