Return policy
You can request to cancel your order by sending us an email at cs@deendeendei.com within two hours of the order being placed. For any request received after that, we will attempt to change but regret in most cases since order packing and dispatch will have already taken place.
If you are not 100% satisfied in any way with the product you received, please email us at cs@deendeendei.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, and within 30 days from the order date.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or wrongly sent due to our error.
All returns must include:
- A copy of your delivery note and your order number
- Reason for return
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Paypal.
Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
