Winter melon and sugar are processed together using traditional methods with no additives, flavoring, artificial colors or preservatives. This is all natural and is suitable for all ages including the elderly and children.
You can use this to make a syrup for your desserts. Add one winter melon sugar brick (500g) to 1.5 litres of water, and boil till dissolved. Alternatively, you can make a delicious summer drink, adding one winter melon sugar brick (500g) to 5 litres of water, then boil till dissolved. Chill and serve.
